A big tattoo trend right now is the "text tattoo" Here are some of my recently discovered favorites.
It doesn't hurt to look right? ;)

And this one is a fake tattoo I did this weekend on my forearm. The words are from a song I've sung in church since I was little, and hold a special meaning for me. I'm the most impatient person you'll ever meet. I also struggle with my faith a lot because things aren't happening the way I think they should. This tattoo is a reminder that things will happen in God's time, not my own, and that I need to trust that He loves me and always does what is best for me.
"In His time, He makes all things beautiful in His time.
Lord please show me every day as you're teaching me your way
that you do just what you say, in Your time" <3
I'm a huge tattoo lover haha! I have 4 but they're all hidden! There are places that hurt way less than other places! The tat I want is writing too! Haha so funny! I want let it be on my ribs, which I hear is one of the worst places bc it hurts so bad!
ReplyDeleteOhhh I love the quote from that song! Definitely something we all need to be reminded of once in a while :)

I've been petrified to get one too! What would you get if you did get one tho?
ReplyDeleteI love them all!
i love that song. we sing that at church too. its definitely an old fav. i recently got my second tat and i am officially done. i think as long as they have special meaning and arent something stupid like a picture of mickey mouse (unless thats special to you) then you wont regret it. i was worried but both of mine are in memory of my parents and so they have special meaning. and if you get them somewhere easily covered up, you have no problem. they dont hurt that bad. trust me, im a wimp!!
ReplyDeleteLove your fake one! And all of the ones you posted are so pretty! I especially love that one on the collar bone! I have 2 tattoos & I don't regret either! I guess my mentality is that you only live once so why not!? :) But I would recommend only putting them places that can't be seen in a work environment!
